We have extensive experience of market leading real estate ESG certifications and developing buildings to meet best-in-class ESG credentials for institutional grade funding partners. This includes BREEAM, FitWel, GresB, Social Value and carbon assessments. Previous experience includes board level roles on ESG steering groups for leading developers/operators and we have published articles on sustainable design and specification. Our projects have included many sustainable design features such as air source heat pumps, PV’s, green and blue roofs, EV charging, and MMC (Modern Methods of Construction). We have a thorough understanding of the benefits of sustainability and well-being focused design, not only to improve resident well-being but also to protect and maintain asset values. We believe in the importance of considering sustainability at the earliest possible design stages and ideally within client briefs. This extends to operational efficiency and energy saving measures. We have delivered multiple projects with Utopi smart multi-sensors, monitoring and collecting real time data to help reduce op-ex costs.
