Innovation / MMC

We have extensive experience of innovative design and construction methods including MMC (Modern Methods of Construction). This includes off-site manufacturing of building elements to reduce programme, improve quality, and improve a project’s ESG credentials. Our experience includes the manufacture and delivery of pre-cast concrete structural frames and external wall sandwich panels for both high-rise hotels and PBSA projects. We have also developed a concept with Barratt Homes for the off-site manufacture of structural systems for housebuilding using SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels). We have delivered a wide range of projects using both steel frame and GRP bathroom pods, enhacing quality and reducing wet trades on site.
