PBSA (Student Accommodation)

We have significant experience in Purpose Built Student Accommodation for leading PBSA developer/operators such as VITA, MODA and Elkstone. We have delivered PBSA beds and shared amenity spaces including lounges, study spaces, gyms, cinema rooms and landscaped roof terraces. Our experience of PBSA means that we are well versed on programme requirements to ensure completion for academic term. This extends to the specification, costing, procurement, delivery and installation of fitted furniture, loose furniture and marketing suites. We work closely with both in-house and 3rd party operators to guide the mobilisation phase and a smooth handover prior to occcpation.
